借由探測(cè)器的回饋訊號(hào)調(diào)整物鏡位置，得到待測(cè)物焦點(diǎn)，而獲得待測(cè)物的確實(shí)高度(如下左圖)。

CF4 共軛焦(Confocal, Laser)

激光光束經(jīng)由物鏡迅速上下移動(dòng)聚焦于待測(cè)物上，此時(shí)偵測(cè)器能經(jīng)由孔洞得到Z大光的強(qiáng)度，如此偵測(cè)器根據(jù)此訊號(hào)確定其位置
